Isaiah 61:1 by Nancy Cupp, is based on her watercolor painting of the same name. It was painted during church service as a way to intercede for those in captivity, either physically, mentally, or spiritually. Jesus came to set us free and quoted this scripture in a synagogue when he started his public ministry.
"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound." Isaiah 61:1 KJV Bible.
